3 pickled limes and ½ cup of the pickled lime juice
3 tbsp ckicken soup mix
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
5 green onion cut into halfs
9 L of water or chicken s-tock
Roast the duck with no seasoning for 90 minutes (we do this to get of the excess fat). You can use chicken as well, no need to roast (just boil the chicken). For the chicken you can boil the chicken in 9 L of water and use the soup as a stock.
Cut the duck into larger (we do this because the meat will fall apart).
Boiling the 9 L of chicken stock or water and add in chicken mix sugar salt and duck.
After 30 minutes add in the pickled lime and lime juice and green onion. After 2-5 minutes the sup is done, taste to see and adjust accordingly.
