Pickled Crab Apple


Pickled crab apple is the snack. Pickled crab apple is serving with ground the red peppers, salt and sugar. It is yummy! Let is join with me.

  • 5.5 Kg of crab apples
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of salt
  • 7 L of water
  1. Rinse the crab apple with cold water. Let crab apple dry and add it into the jar.
  2. Boil the salt and sugar until it dissolves. Let the water boil for 2 minutes.
  3. Leave the water to cool for 5 minutes before adding it into the jar.
  4. A glass jar will make it last longer. Let the water cool before closing the lid for 1-2 days.
  5. Let the apples pickle for 1-2 days. 
  6. Finely ground the red peppers and add in the salt and sugar. Ready to serve.
