Rice Mixed with Shrimp Paste (Kao Kluck Ka Pi) - Rice Mixed with Shrimp Paste is another popular Thai food that you can serve easily at home with microwave. Even shredded egg, sweet pork and fried sweet Chinese pork sausage that you can add as much as you want. All you need is only microwave for this recipe!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of steamed rice
  • 1 tbsp of chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp of shrimp paste
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
Sweet pork
  • 1 tsp of seasoning sauce
  • 2 tsp of oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp of vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp of palm sugar
  • 1 tsp of black soy sauce
  • 200 g of tender pork
Side dishes
 
Shredded egg, Shallot, Sweet Chinese Pork Sausage, Mango, Long bean, Chili, Cucumber, Coriander root (optional)
Ingredients
  1. Sweet Pork – Mix sweet ingredient and stir together. Mix with pork thoroughly and put in the microwave 2 times (2 minutes for each time). Keep stirring and set aside.
  2. Rice with Shrimp Paste - Put garlic and oil in microwave for 1 minute. Then dissolved in oil and mix with rice thoroughly in the microwave for 2 minutes over medium heat and set aside.
  3. Shredded eggs - Beat egg . Paint oil on the dish just a little. Put egg in the microwave for 2 minutes at medium heat. Set aside to cool and cut into long slice.
  4. Chinese sausage – Cut into thin slices and put in the microwave for 1-2 minutes over medium heat (depending on piece).
  5. Serving – Add shrimp paste rice and side dishes (optional) on the dish.
