Baby Bokchoy With Cashew Nut

  • 10 oz of baby bok choy (sliced into two –length wise)
  • 1 tbsp of ginger and garlic (minced each)
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp of cashew nut, coarsely (chopped)
  • Cooking oil as needed
  • 1 tsp of rice wine
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of vinegar


  1. Add rice wine, light soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in class min well and set aside.
  2. Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil to medium hot wok. Add ginger, garlic and nuts stir fry until fragrant but not burning.
  3. Add bok choy stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Add our pre mix sauce turn off heat and add sesame oil. Transfer to serving plate. Ready to serve.
