Ingredients
  • 1 pack of 16 oz rice flour
  • 1 tsp of salt
  •  ¾ cup of warm water
  • 1 1/3 cup of palm paste
  • ¾ cup of water
  • 2 cups of palm sugar 
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 2 ¼ tsp of active dry yeast
Coconut Cream
  • 3 cups of coconut milk
  • ½ cup of rice flour
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • A tsp of salt
  • Mix all together well and strainer. Set aside.

Preparation

  1. Mix and beat rice flour, salt, active dry yeast, warm water and palm paste all together for 10 
  2. minutes. Cover and put in oven with the light on for 45-60 minutes.
  3. Mix palm sugar, coconut milk and water all together and turn heat at medium-low heat until the sugar melts. Let it cool down a bit them mix altogether and pour onto the dough and then cover and put in oven with the light on for 90-120 minutes.
  4. Steam ceramic mini cup over high heat around 5 minutes. Pour mixture into cup steam them 5-10 minutes or until cooked.
  5. Pour coconut cream mixture into top hole and steam 5-7 minutes or until cooked.
  6. Cool down and remove from cup. Ready to serve.
