White Malt Ice Cream


White Malt Ice Cream is another popular ice cream flavored. With sweet and mellow flavor. It’s delicious and you will get lots of proteins from white malt as well.

  • 500 ml. Fresh milk
  • 250 ml. Cream
  • 1/2 cup of Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Glucose
  • Salt
  • 1-5 pack 3 in 1 Ovaltine
  1. Boil milk over medium heat. Add sugar, glucose and salt. Stir until dissolve.
  2. Add Ovaltine white malt and stir until dissolve. Turn off the stove.
  3. In another mixing bowl, mix fresh milk together with cream..
  4. Filter the hot mixture through a sieve into the cool mixture. Then stir well together.
  5. Keep the mixture in a container. Then freeze and stir every 30 minutes - 1 hour until set.
