Strawberry Cream Pie

Pie (Crush)
  • 180 grams Biscuit cracker
  • 80 grams Melted butter
Cream Cheese
  • 250 grams Cream Cheese
  • 30 grams Evaporated milk
  • 150 gram Fresh Strawberry
  • Lime juice
Biscuit Pie
  1. Melt butter and set until cool down.
  2. Crush biscuit with cracker until finely.
  3. Melt butter in biscuit or cracker. Mix together until combined.
  4. Put in a mold. Press tightly and set in the refrigerator about 1 hour.
Cream Cheese
  1. Beat cream cheese until creamy and smooth.
  2. Add condensed milk and lime juice. Beat at medium speed until smooth.
  3. Cut strawberries into small pieces and beat until well mixed with the mixture. (This step you can add red or pink food coloring for more colorful.) 
  4. Add cream cheese into a pie. And put in the refrigerator again until cream cheese set, about 4-6 hours. 
  5. When the cream is already, decorated with fresh strawberries on top. And ready to serve.
