Yakult Ice Cream


Yakult Ice Cream is a favorite ice - cream flavor of many people. We’ll love sour and sweet mellow of Yakult that goes very well together with freeze jelly. This ice cream is very easy to make. We recommend to serve this homemade Yakult ice - cream at home!

  • 960 ml. Yakult
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Glucose
  • Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. White butter
  • 2 Tsp. Lime juice
  • 1/2 cup Jelly
How to Cook 
  1. Boil Yakult about 1/3 over medium heat until warm. Put the sugar, glucose, salt and stir until dissolve. Turn off the stove, then add lime juice.
  2. In another bowl, add Yakult and filter the mixture through a sieve. Then add in cold mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. Keep the mixture in a box. Freeze and stir the mixture every 1 hour until smooth.
  4. Add jelly (1x1 cm.) and mix with ice-cream thoroughly.
  5. Keep the mixture in a box. Stir every 30 minutes – 1 hour until set.
